• General understanding of IT sphere• Proven experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Reporting on company processes • Researches on various HR-related topics • Travel around the city by request (payments, purchases) • Making various documentation checks• Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)• Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files
