— 5+ years of experience in IT/Tech recruiting— Solid understanding of software development company functioning— Good understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements professionally with potential candidates— Ability to drive full-cycle recruitment process— Proficiency with a diverse sourcing toolkit— Proficiency with current recruiting technologies— Wide network and good understanding of local IT community— Excellent communication and negotiation skills— Excellent Business correspondence skills— Ability to work independently on a variety of concurrent projects in a time sensitive environment— Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
— Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho, Applicant Pro, etc.)— Experience with various recruiting process automation tools— Experience in Mentoring and/or Supervising— Experience with Google and MS Office Suite
Your main responsibilities will be:— Collaborate and consult with the business to identify job requirements as well as develop an effective position profile, and candidate specs to market the opportunity effectively — Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates to find the best talent— Headhunt and close senior and/or executive level candidates— Negotiate complex compensation packages— Coordinate onsite and offsite interviews (including creation and handling the schedule, hotel, and travel for out of state candidates)— Use traditional as well as experimental methods to find the best candidates for open positions— Improve the recruiting processes— Represent Dev-Pro Company at various conferences and other external events— Negotiate compensation and other company benefits with the top management, hiring managers, and candidates— Play the role of ambassador of corporate vision, mission and culture— Maintain data integrity within applicant tracking system— Design business reports to capture key staffing metrics and KPI’s
