• Prepare to hire on-site/local employees in a US-based office• Research and prepare all the necessary documentation package to comply with US standards and regulations (such as: a) Generate employee manual, check that it complies with US laws specific for a particar state b) Find, evaluate, select and setup payroll system with a selected service provider c) Find, evaluate, select and setup unemployment insurance plan, medical health insurance plan, other required insurance plans with the selected providers d) Research any other conditions which are obligatory and complete preparation to comply with them • On ongoing basis to coordinate remotely with on site employees responsible for local staff, requests, service and assist remotely • Share Dev-Pro standards, culture with US-based office and adapt them to local standards yet keeping the overall company integrity• Run regular one-to-one meetings with team members. • Create process from scratch, establish and maintain HR related processes (Adaptation, Performance review, Termination, Social benefits coordination, Policy development and documentation, Budgeting, etc)
