We are looking for 2 people to join our travel team. Both travel coordinators will assist with the company’s travel needs:
• Research on accommodation options, flights and necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances.• Make recommendations including efficient and alternate routes, lowest available fares, booking class and travel products and services.• Verify rates for best fares, corporate and preferred discounts and appropriate documentation• Various reports preparation
However, there are going to be few differences between these positions. The first travel coordinator is going to handle clients visits (organizing events, logistics etc.) and the second one will focus on visa-related tasks, opening tourist, business or work visas for company’s contractors (relevant experience is required).
